Welcome to Lakeside Cabin. By booking and staying at our property, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests and help maintain the quality and integrity of our services.

 Booking and Payment

• Reservations: To book Lakeside Cabin, you must provide accurate personal and payment information. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified in the booking confirmation.

• Booking: Boat rentals are available exclusively for current guests of Lakeside Cabin. Bookings must be made through our website or designated contact.
• Payment and Documentation: All boat rentals must be paid for at the time of booking. Guests must provide valid documentation and adhere to safety regulations outlined in our boat rental agreement.
• Regulations: Guests must follow all local regulations and safety guidelines while using the boat. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or penalties.

Liability

• Assumption of Risk: Guests use the property, including amenities and boats, at their own risk. Lakeside Cabin and its owners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during your stay.
• Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lakeside Cabin and its owners from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their use of the property.

1. Complete Boaters Safety Course
2.  Review Lake Rules and Regulations and Safety Video.
3.  Take Boaters Safety Test to get a Boaters License and please email that to lakesidecabinlakelure@gmail.com
4.  Lake Lure does not allow towing of any kind on rental boats.
5.  Verify all required equipment is on board including life vests.
6.  Review operation of the boat with property management.
7.  Review the condition of the boat with property management before use. You will be responsible for any damage while using the boat.
